QMLA Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund / cancellation policy is as follows:

• Prior to April 1st 2025: Full Refund*
• From April 1st – April 13th 2025: Full Refund*, less $35 admin fee
• After April 14th 2025: No Refund

*Free stick and any other Association equipment MUST be returned BEFORE a refund is issued. ALL requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Registrar – QMLA Registrar
