QMLA Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund / cancellation policy is as follows:
- Prior to April 1st 2023: Full Refund*
- From April 1st – April 14th 2023: Full Refund*, less $35 admin fee
- After April 14th 2023: No Refund
*Free stick and any other Association equipment MUST be returned BEFORE a refund is issued. ALL requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Registrar – registrar@quintelacrosse.com
