2025 Recreational League Days of Play

Below are the days of the week and times that each division will play.  All dates, times and locations are subject to change.  Note that players will be on the floor a minimum of once a week – Sundays for U9-U15 and Saturdays for U5 & U7 – April, May and June.  Additional development opportunities will be provided throughout the week.

Quinte Lacrosse League Finals will be held on June 22nd, 2025.

QMLA partners with our neighbouring associations in Tyendinaga and Kingston to provide the best experience for our players.  We are hoping to have one or two special fun days where our teams will compete against each other.  No other crossover games will be scheduled.

Our goal is to form teams based on region (i.e. Quinte West, Belleville, PEC, Stirling), giving players the chance to practice and play locally with friends as much as possible pending arena availability.  Another reason to get your friends out and play together while trying a new sport!  

NOTE: There is no lacrosse on the May long weekend! (Friday May 16th to Monday May 19th)

*** We have secured floor time in Stirling on Tuesday evenings.  Additional development will be available in Stirling from April 15th to June 5th. ***
