The QMLA is excited to offer an expanded local league recreational lacrosse program in 2024. We believe this will be our best season yet with more growth and opportunities than ever!
The Quinte Lacrosse League will feature co-ed teams in the U9, U11 and U13 age divisions, fun introductory programs at U5 and U7, a U15 boys development program, and a U15/U17 girls development program. More development, practice and games. More local floor time with teams formed based on regions. More fun and excitement!
